They added the tail on the "x"
This doesn't appear to be a commercial font, might be a free font on dafont.com, but not sure where to tell you to look... Sorry I can't be more help...
The "M" & "C" are different, the rest is similar... Maybe it's another font by "GroupType"...
Just suggesting this as an alternative, it's definitely not the exact font.
Book and Medium it seems.
The "E" has been tweaked...
You could possibly use the "Envelope" tool in Illustrator as well, probably be quicker and keep it vector...

I realize the "K" is different, but it looks an awful lot like this font, maybe the "K" was altered or a glyph?
It's had some distressing done to it.
I think you could use the Universal Doomsday Light font and just change the end caps to round instead of flat...

I thought it was something with major customizations to the sizing/stretching of the font, just wasn't sure. The closes I could get for the "BAYS MOUNTAIN" was Gill Sans Standard Bold Condensed, then change the font width to 65%
I know... It's all I have unfortunately...
