The U suggests this may very well be a font though the rest denies it. Yet, if that is so, there are too many possible variations possible for me to go for. Wish you luck.

The Minuet is 2007 by Hans van Maanen. The original seems to be Rondo. Castcraft (RIP) made the OPTIRondo available in 1991. Novel (RIP) published the Rostrina in 1994. Also in 1994 Brendel Informatik published Cinderella. A year later, 1995, Softmaker renamed Cinderella as Richmond.
