Reste à savoir si ce logiciel avait vraiment le droit de la diffuser. Une police commerciale dans un logiciel gratuit, je ne dis pas que c'est impossible mais ça semble quand même étrange. D'un autre côté, c'est un logiciel Microsoft qui a été payant à une époque, il est donc probable que l'éditeur a du en a payer les droits de diffusion à l'époque où il était payant et que ces droits sont toujours valides.
Bien sûr, tout ça ne sont que des suppositions.

Studium maigre ressemble un peu à la version italique de certaines polices avec sérif comme la Times New Roman (et quelques autres comme Bookman old style), mais les différences sont quand même importantes (mais faute de trouver mieux...).

Quant à la Karuna, elle est vraiment très typée. Difficile d'imaginer qu'un police puisse lui ressembler "par hasard".

Je crois que mon herbe n'est pas fraiche, il faut que je renouvelle mon stock. (il n'y a pas une icône "où est le plus proche trou que je m'y cache ?" )
