'Etelka Bold' may be somewhat similar

I've searched for it several times but found nothing.
Is this from the ceover of an old(before digital) book?

There are tons of versions of this typeface with various names, 'Cloister Black' is the most accurate one.
The 'C' your're looking for may be custom made based on the original one

This is a masterpiece and, after hours of thorough search, I'm sorry to say it must be custom made as I found nothing even similar.
