Looks like a modified "Design System" font...

I realize this isn't the exact font, but might be useful to you...

Well, I looked through a ton of Medieval fonts on dafont.com but can't quite match it up... You can sift through these, you might find one you like...

The "B" & "R" are a totally different font.
