what kind of helvetica?
Everything looks Roman except for "charters" which looks bold. I don't think it's Neue Helvetica, just standard Helvetica. Also, the copy might be tracked in a few ems, but I can't tell because of the sample's size and quality.

If this isn't it, it's close. The A is an upside-down V, and the A and V have been stretched vertically a bit.
The tracking has been pulled in a bit.
