The font is Hundred Miracles Regular. If you go through the slideshow, you will see the glyphs, including the numbers you are trying to match. (He made a few versions, but the numbers you want are in the "regular" font.

Not the font, just a substitute.
It resembles a distorted Goudy Old Style.
I think the erosion was made in a graphics program as the two Is are not the same. The closest stencil font I can find for you to erode and condense would be Modest.
