The top one is a mixture of Avant Garde light and Avant Garde Alternates. The bottom one I've seen but can't think of the name

It looks close to the Gotham fonts or Helvetica. If that helps at all.

There's probably a stencil font out there to resemble it but you won't find anything exact as this isn't a font
