I would try www.YourFonts.com. You print out a sheet and fill it out. Then you scan it back on to your computer and upload it on the website. though it costs $10.00 to make thats the cheapest you'll probably get. I would in a heartbeat but I don't have a program. Sorry!

It probably could be. I would suggest to go to www.YourFonts.com and download the sheet, print it reupload it and save it as a bmp file, from there put in all the letters and numbers. To make it costs $10.00 but thats probably the cheapest you'll find. that or just google witches alphabet and see what comes up. some fonts cost money, others don't. You really have to consider what you want, find...or make.

I wouldn't know a way to out line it but one thing you could do is type what you want outlined in like 2 sizes bigger in black then right it again in 2 sizes smaller and put it on the one that is two sizes bigger. A little confusing but if you understand it it should help you out.

Totaly agreed with Menhir, I don't know why you would want to leave any wany, theres hundreds of free fonts.
