If none of the repeated letters match, and it's been given the scrutiny of those here, then it's likely not a font.
I think the top line might be Pointer Gothic text

Sorry, I don'r speak French.
The "C" is likely Avant Garde, and the rest is likely custom designed, but resembles some letters of "Metal as in Heavy"
