Similar to URW Baskerville, some minor differences though...
Futura appears to be correct!

This is not a font, it's hand-written... Notice the inconsistency of the "e" letters.

Likely not a font... Can you post a link to where you found this image? Would be helpful if we could see repetitive letters to confirm if it's a font or just a graffiti drawing...
