Jackie, the correct name of the font is you2013. Also around as you 2013 and you_db_2013.

There are many Cooper Black versions around. I don't know which one may have that alternate 'R'.

Monterey, fonatica, is a rip-off of the Mohogany Script. Made from the films taken from Linotype. Thus, as with many Bitstream fonts mentioning these should be avoided (imho).
Can not be Rockwell, look at the 'S'.
The best match seems to be the Miles version for Agfa, 1994. The 'a'.

Why not ask the author to complete the composites?
How about drawing a box around the words, like in your sample?
