If this is a font, I'd sure like to know! Awesome work.
Because of it's age, it may never have become an electronic "font". Many similar fonts are like this, so it would be easy to create using something like:
Expressa
Mumbo Display
Crandall
Brian Becker
Probably a custom designed logo. Similiar "S" in Benjamin
Underwood 1913?
