Couldn't find the font but I would suggest Harlott as a similar font option.

Actually, this is simply your standard Impact font that has been grunged up a little.
It actually much easier to grunge the text up yourself rather than getting a grunge font, so I would recommend playing around with Impact and some grunge brushes in Photoshop.

The large "H" is not a font. It is just an original artwork from the designer. Sorry.

I can assure you the "R" symbol is not a font. It was done as an original design for the album.
But, if you're interested, the "RIHANNA" font is Ryo Gothic PlusN.

It's similar, but the characters are slightly elongated, most noticeably on the "O."
The "O's" in the Quintino logo a radially symmetrical (i.e. perfect circles).
It appears that the font may be, or is similar to, Pluto sans by HVD fonts. As scotdrinaf rightly noted, the design has been stylized and it looks like
the "Q" is actually an enlarged "o" with a triangular point added to make it seem like an "Q."
