It looks like ITC Handel Gothic Pro Heavy Italic and the F and S were modified for the logo.

I'm sorry I can't find this for you; if you are in a pinch and need something with the same feeling, try West & Olives Light.

I don't think it is a font, and the closest I could find is

SpellForce is not a font. Someone created it. If you would like to use a font with a similar feel, I suggest Cutlass.

It reminded me of Goudy at first glance - and that's not as expensive.

Since the two Us don't match, I would think it was handwritten. Skeptical, because it could be and Upper/lowercase thing going on.
