I have not found any exact matches, but here are some similar:

Atlantic Inline-Normal http://www.eaglefonts.com/atlantic-inline-normal-ttf-150970.htm
Currency Outline http://www.eaglefonts.com/currency-outline-ttf-63594.htm
RadiantAntique http://www.fontspace.com/douglas-day/radiantantique

Those three fonts above are all being shown as free. RadiantAntique does not have French accented characters though.

Two similar commercial fonts (not-free fonts) are:

Sorry I could not find anything that matches better. Good luck finding your font
