1/ Legal question : stuff on looney tunes or so must be copyrighted
2/ Font making is time-consuming, i'll do custom font for money not for free.

As suggested, why don't you give a try ? Download fontlab on free trial or any ohter font making program, give a shot, if you do want these fonts, it worth it, don't you think?

Arial is one of the default fonts of almost all operating systems. If you have an OS License, you have an arial font license

Bah tu fais un "rechercher-remplacer" et tu remplace certains caractères en minuscule par des maj. Après si tu veux quelque chose de vraiment aléatoire, cherche plutôt un script qui te fais ça.
Mais je rejoins Menhir là dessus, je ne vois pas trop l'utilité...
