ITC Photoplay is a reconstruction of this sort of thing. Typodermic's Silentina isn't quite as close but it's a lot more affordable.

The closest you're likely to get to this is DIN, but keep in mind this was not typographical lettering, it was mechanical matrices, and will be impossible to match exactly.
