Makaneko, what are you talking about??
Among all the font we use and see every day, what is your Favorite font??
Leave on the side all considerations like "you don't have a favorite font",
"you use the font that fits the best to the text you have to promote or give a rise to"...
What is THE Favorite?
Should I start?
Mine is Frutiger.
Why? Because... it's not a commonly used one, because it carries 14 weights from Light to Ultra black, because it's a very readable font and because Adrian Frutiger himself designed it for this very purpose for the Charles de Gaulle Airport sign and directional system in 1968.
Because it's a modern font, but with a strict and classical look too.
