The original of that font is Gadget Lined, a dry transfer font from Zipatone. I digitized that font and also did a solid version that matches the Black Sabbath Vol 4 font

Excellent / Excelsior is a digitization of that font by Dan Solo. It is included in the 24-font Art Nouveau book + CD published by Dover Publications.
