Lucinda Handwriting? It is either Lucida Handwriting or Lucinda Calligraphy, the latter being a renamed clone of the first one mentioned, a commercial font.

Apart from the perspective irregularities the letters do not have consistent shapes. When making a slab-serif that inconsistency should be avoided. Look at the Stymie and/or the AauxOffice how it should be. That sort of similar I mean.
