You could try a fixed width font (mono spaced font), but I'm not sure that this will guarantee the same number of pixels, so maybe a font with permission to modify like Public domain / GPL / OFL fonts ... like Calling Code https://www.dafont.com/calling-code.font

If you don't mind fonts with fixed-width, many of the fonts in the Theme -> Basic -> Fixed width have numbers and capitals with (at least close to) the same height.
