ITC Avant Garde Gothic Std DemiBold is close. But it's actually AdiHaus custom font.

Thanks a lot. You saved my day. Yes "ß" seems to be from another font and its application is a typographic error anyway.
At the time it was printed there was no capital sharp "ß". The rule was (actually still is) to replace "ß" with ss in
capitals. Even today there are few fonts that boast a capital "ß" and its disputed if it makes sense.
I guess this applies to small caps, too.
