I've seen the font used in a different media dvd as well, but not know its name. (the maggie and the ferocious beast dvds is another example, this cover was from archive.org)

Hmm, the logotype seems to be custom... but on the bottom, it's the Gill Sans typeface.

I know it's a bit late, but... for the "LOONEY TUNES" part, the letters seem kind of tilted.
