If youre talking the exact font that is exactly matching, it does not exist. However, it is most likely something along the lines of Arual but with heavy modifications.

Thanks! I thought there was an alternate version of Lubalin Graph because it is based off of Avant Garde which has an alt version with that "A" in it.
