Ok, so noone helped me - that's why I didn't found the real font (because it turned out that the font was custom).
Atleast I got the substitute - just add a stroke that matches the background to imitate the real thing
(I wish I could embed images in the posts so I can show you an example)

I think it's a custom font because I posted a similar case and no one has founded the name of it
South Korean media aimed at a younger audience tend to have custom fonts on their social media/designs
(And yes, Baby Shark is Korean, and my case was from the DECO Studio app, which was made by a Korean company LINE.)

Unfortunately, there is no way to get them for free.
