When I look at this it reminds me of SpongeBob SquarePants -- though it is nothing like his title top.

I think this might have been made up by using two fonts. The "C" doesn't seem to belong - it's to "sharp" where the other letters are "rounded"
closest I could find would be something like Kobalt (NOT THE FONT) with the C coming from something like Tondu.
