For those interested in this ampersand before being sandblasted, Brendel Informatik used it in the Edgware, NovelFonts in Edifice, Castcraft in the OPTIEdwards and.
And here on dafont are Toto's K22 Didoni Swash and the more elegant (matter of taste only) Pistilli Roman by Claude.

As an alternative ampersand it is in the OPTIPiroggi.

It is impossible to answer with no background info. What sort of info, for whom, long text (that is more than a thick 100 words) or short? What is the basic site design like? Is it a proper site or one of those blogs with a page where you keep scrolling from here to eternity?

Find yourself a type director (yes, there are still some around) and then just follow her/his advice.
