This Columbus. The original was created by Hermann Ihlenburg in 1892 and sold by MacKellar, Smiths & Jordan / American Type Founders as Columbus.

The numbers are a variation of Clarendon.
You could substitute Consort RR Bold Condensed.
The main difference is the straight stroke on the the top of your _5_
