Looks hand-lettered -- note differences in the two examples of _A_, like in an old Speedball lettering book.
Also the overlapping effect is difficult to do in a font without using ligatures.
Stratum2 Black has approximately the same letters, including _S_
Minor editing: make the vertex of _M_ pointed, clip the center stroke on _E_ and _F_
Condense width slightly

Interesting.
Did you try this? If so, can you post your results for comparison?
Customized by shortening the middle stroke on _E_

Regret not available to the general public for the foreseeable future.
_Ostendstrasse No. 31_ is Hellenic Wide, digitized under this and other names
MCM Hellenic Wide

Hellenic Wide JF

Lonestar
http://myfonts.us/td-6ouaJv Otto Kfuss is Lightface Celtic which served as the [uncredited] inspiration for Jessica Hische's Brioche
Could be some version of Baskerville. Note also the open tail on the lower case _g_.
May or may not be an exact digital match.

EDITED
A somewhat result could be made by horizontal expansion by 150% of Akzidenz-Grotesk.
But still not an exact match.
The Berthold versions are expensive.
Much less expensive versions are available under the name Gothic 725 from Bitsteam, Tilde and Paratype

Not Cowboys -- leg of this _R_ has serif on both sides of leg.
Same reason why it's not Old Towne

just for the fun of it I made some letters from scratch.

Feel free to use them if it helps your project.
Looks like part of a French postage stamp.
In which case it would have been engraved and not necessarily taken direct from a font.
The style is Didot.
AFAIK none of the retail fonts are an exact match for all of the letters.
But you can mix and match.
Custom for the team.
Octin Sports Bold works as a substitute, particularly if the top serif on _A_ is clipped off.

A lighter weight is available at Dafont
http://www.dafont.com/octin-sports-free.font?text=MILANO&psize=l For a free version, but not an exact match, you could use Chunk Five Ex and digitally slope it.
Giza SevenNine and Giza SevenSeven digitally sloped
Nothing as is out of the box but Slug Single could be edited to match
