Morris Sans Com Heavy is possibly easier to use as a base as it's already heavier in weight.
Terminator part is a custom logotype based on Bank Gothic by Morris Fuller Benton.
1970's phototype known as LogoStyle/Limited View. Digitized as a font family in 1999 by Roc Mitchell Design and named Logos/LogoStyle/LogoText. An alternate version was also digitized by Castcraft OPTIFonts in the early 1990's as OPTI Limited View. All of these fonts are quite hard to find and bit of a legal quandary exists if you need to use them commercially as the companies are long defunct.
If you can find an image of the Bestech 32 or the Bestech 28 you'll see that the 2, 3, and 8 also match up with the Limited View sample.
Nokia's logotype font also features similarly designed numeric characters

Modified Airlock (Computer Safari).
Custom logotype based on Cooper Bold. The C and S have been modified to fit in with the tentacles, which only equal eight when you include these letters (C,S,S) as the extra arms/legs. Base and top of most letters flattened. O rotated/straightened and everything condensed slightly.
Custom typeface based on Bank Gothic. As Bank Gothic has been around for many decades there are numerous digital versions to choose from. Seeing as you'll likely have to do quite a lot of customizing to match this sample, you might be best going with Morris Sans Com Heavy as a base font. Not too sure if there are any other heavier versions of Bank Gothic, although adding weight is quite easy once you have the character outlines.
Or this. The blurred effect on the lettering is a consequence of analog video processes.
Agency FB Bold will do the trick.

Customized Industria Solid. Could also be an alternate version/knockoff but I'm not aware of any matching this sample.
Recipe:
Use the curves from the bottom of the lowercase (i) and (t) for the uppercase (I) and (T). Tinker with the heights of the spine on the (S) and the crossbar on the (A). Combine 2 (U)'s and lower the central stem for the (W). Cut one (U) in half and extend the base for the (L).
