Hard to tell with an image like this. Can be Agency Gothic Condensed (1993 Castle Type) or Bureau Agency Bold(1990/1991 The Font Bureau).

IInsensate, count the pixels per inch ... you don't need a magnifying for that ... and calculate the magnification factor for a Windows thing.

Staccato and Mistral and all the copies around have that ragged look so your sample is not a font as such. Maybe made with a vinyl cutter or so, where most fine details are lost. The a still says Staccato.



The e and the 5.
American Uncial (Victor Hammer 1943 / Dearborn Type Foundry 1945) was renamed to Neue Hammer Unziale (Klingspor 1952 and Stempel 1955). The digital version did not follow the irregularities of the original, see the 7 and the rotated o for zero.
