I feel like I've seen it somewhere before. Any ideas?
I think black metal bands get their logos created by an artist, without using an actual font. But something like XXII Total Death might get the job done.
No, it's not Helvetica. But it is something grotesque.
I can already tell it's from a Vox video, and upon browsing fontsinuse.com, I have found that the font you are looking for is Balto Medium.
I actually tried to upscale the logo, that's why the edges look a bit fuzzy and rounded. But Tondu is pretty close. I might just end up using Tondu because it's very similar to Futura. Thanks!

Here's what I ended up creating.

I take that back, it looks more like Pincoya Black.
Yes, specifically Neue Helvetica Pro 89 Compressed Heavy
Ah, good ol' Flex Seal. The handyman in a can.
It looks like Futura but has a different "k" glyph. And if it is just Futura, please tell me where to find it!
You've got the right idea. It's just the original variant of Bebas.

i might be wrong, but the 2 different "i" makes me think it's not a font
It could still be a font. Some fonts have slight character variations, like Chinese Rocks.
