fonatica, Adine Kirnberg is a revival of the Schreibschrift Romana which had a few alternate characters which David Rakowski included but not always at a position where one could expect them. The f used in the sample, for example, sits under the florin key.
So in terms of digital fonts Adine Kirnberg is a correct ID - imho.
pretty close? Get yourself new glasses. Or even better a new (functioning) head.
That is hardy commercial use, is it? Go ahead.
imho that is not a font but a mess.
Looks like one of the many Caslon variations around.
