The A isn't right, but the rest make a great substitute.

I tend to doubt is a font with different Ls, E and Us.
Because of the two very different Es - I don't think this is a font. Just my opinion.
It almost looks like a designer modified the letters in Handel Gothic

The script was Mandate with the alternate F. So, Freehand 521 is Mandate but with a different F and this is the only link I can find.
This is a commercial font, if you want a substitute Google has Poppins Thin that could do the trick

It looks like someone modified a few letters in the Comfortaa font.
This looks like two different fonts were used. The R and X a slab serif, and the E, D, B, O using a san serif.
It looks like Compacta Regular that was worn out.
