Definitely Calibri. Frutiger Black is similar, but not quite.
It looks like AR JULIAN - but I have no idea where to get it! It came on my PC automatically. You probably have it.

Century Gothic for sure. Bold. I'm sure you have it, since most fonts you mentioned come on PC's automatically.

I thought it was Blaze but it's not. Try Blaze out, though! You might find it's a good substitute. It's not as "script"-ish, though.
