Monospaced typewriter letters. Looks like an actual typed note rather than a grunge or distressed font.
If it is an actual typewriter, the regular height suggests it was made by something like an IBM Selectric element [looks like a golfball], rather than metal arms that swing up when the keys are pushed.
A digital Selectric Elite is close on the _g_ but wrong on _w_.
