This is probably a font that has been distorted and manipulated by a designer. I cannot recognize the original, but I'll offer you a substitute in case you never find the original.

I could not find the script font for Latino. I'd have to fake it with Inglesia Script if it were my project.

I can't tell from your sample if it is supposed to be rounded or not. I'd use Theinhardt Light if I were recreating it.
