Cameo Antique by Character
Original font for Cameo Antique and for Outstanding is a font which was patented and sold by MacKellar Smiths Jordan as "Plain Shade" in 1874.
For the _C_ you could use Monotype Engravers Old English or one of its knock offs
Compton is composed of two fonts.
