All three fonts based on Hector Guimard's signage for the Paris Metro and a font by Fonderie Berthier, 1905
The URW version includes outline and rounded variations

None of the suggested fonts is an exact match as is. They all need some compression and editing.
Finally found it:
Noe Display Medium by Schick Troika
Custom logo
Add the highlight effect to Schneider Libretto Bold and few people would notice any difference other than the vertex of _M_

Can't recall this triangular serifed Didot/Bodoni style, but the quote „Geld ist scheu wie ein Reh, aber geil wie ein Bock.“ is attributed to Franz Josef Strauß

Perhaps a font used in Germany?

The fill shown in light grey reminds me of Cabernet JF Italic, which is a derived from of a font by William Caslon in the 18th century called Caslon Graphique
http://myfonts.us/td-opuqJG Far from a match but has similar heavy brush strokes
You might be able to do something with Serpentine Sans ICG Bold Oblique
Hint: convert to unicase with caps height=x height and pull up descenders to baseline

Found the exact match: Birch
EDITED
Derived from a 19th century font called Latin Elongated. Note the matching triangular serifs.
There are differences, particularly the smoothed more vertical stroke of the diagonal of _S_
Latin Elongated is also made by other foundries, sometimes under the name Latin Condensed
http://myfonts.us/td-67OcoG or Latin Extra Condensed

Looks very similar to Stahls Tiffany 2000 letters by Stahls

AFAIK, not available as a legitimate font
Suggested font: StahlsTiffany

Lynchburg is very similar, but does not have the medial spurs shown in _GUILTY PARTIES_
Still looking.
Peraps custom lettering for the logo.
Andy Bold is similar
Noting the overlap effect, I am not convinced that this is a font rather than lettering.
FF Softsoul Bold is somewhat similar, but not identical, to the base letters.
No matching font, but Henriette Compressed Bold has some similarity and could be used as a very approximate substitute for the lower case
