This could have been made by editing Cowboy Western. Width compressed. Thickness of top and bottom horizontal strokes and serifs decreased.Additional edits would include adding a serif at the top of _A_ and raising the vertex of _M_.
Later comment: this is not needed as there is a match with Insane Rodeo.

The letters _C_ and _O_ are Choc. The lower tip of _C_ is edited.
Edit Paul Renner's Futura Display and you have the letters.

Don't recall seeing a font that matches these "reverse contrast" letters.
For a similar _C_ you can use OK Coral, a descendant of Caslon's Italian of 1821
