They are two different typefaces from the same type manufacturer.
The OP needs Kari Pro.
Hi AAA - I think we may be dealing with two fonts. The W only is from Caslon (see glyph here)

The script has two different Es and most likely was handlettered, probably not a font.
Hard to say. It could be Tondo Bold, or Bitstream's Swiss 721 which is Helvetica Rounded.
I was thinking of Aurora. (It came to me after I hit the return) the letters are not an exact match. Again, a substitue?
I believe this was a popular typositor font in the 1980s - and all I can remember is it started with the letter A. If no one can find you the original font, you might want a substitute? The closest in today's type world I can find is Hindenburg.
