It could be used as a substitute if the width was narrowed by careful editing -- rather than simple compression -- and the counter in _O_ was given vertical sides for the mid-section.

Don't know if the proprietors of Jameson have made the logo into a font but this version of the brand logo (obsolete?) has been produced in Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) format, which might be usable for making a tattoo.

These are individually engraved letters in an ornate stock and bond certificate style used by many companies.
However, there were many relatively minor variations in the letters used for different certificates, so an exact match for the lettering this certificate is unlikely.
