It essentially is Helvetica, but with some minor tweaks such as the serifs added to the 1.
Even though it's "CNN Sans", it's really Helvetica.
Looks like FF DIN Pro Black. If you don't feel like buying it, most Windows devices come with a font called Bahnschrift, which is essentially DIN.
