I doubt you will find a font that is a legitimate version of these letters and is available to the public.
The swash treatment of the upper case reminds me of Tango -- NOT THE FONT
The cap lettering came up several times in this forum and nothing was decided

The first _G_ is serifless on the lower rhs [like TNR], the second _G_ has a serif. So not a font?
But compare with Donald Trump's trademark application for the word mark MAKE-AMERICA-GREAT-AGAIN

Perhaps the hat maker is producing a garbled version of TNR?

Azo Sans Black expanded horizontally
Hells Angels lettering.
Hessian is about as close as any digital font.

I am not convinced that this is a font rather than engraved lettering or pen calligraphy.
The closest digital font might be Palace Script, a design from 1936.

A version of Hoffmann's Block, slightly different than the Berthold version. Note for example the straight leg on _R_
