It looks like a rounded A had the Os added to it, because the Os weren't placed like a designer would have done it - i.e. to bottom ones don't line up. sceond from the top on the right side touching black like, etc.

If you check out the glyphs you will see the "r" is an alternative - but it's in there.

I cannot find you a link. American Greeting had a series of CAC fonts. One was called Lasko. However, the regular weight does not have the B. So this must have been the Condensed version, extended and stroked.
