A custom design for the logo
The designer may have started with a font like Miller Text Bold Italic. Note that this is NOT THE FONT shown in the image.
It is merely a possible basis for the design and the closest of a variety of Italic fonts that I checked.
I voted to agree that Ink Collective was the match, but on closer examination I find that Ink Collective is too weathered.
The exact match is Norwester, available for free from the fontmaker

Luc Devroye shows the characters in the orphan font called Ink Collective

Was at CreativeMarket.com but is no longer there
The font maker's webpage
http://graphicstock.xyz/ink-collective-font/ also has a dead link to CreativeMarket
Suggested font: Ink Collective

Perhaps closer to the logo than either of the suggestions so far would be a display version of Berling, such as Berling Nova Display, link below
or Berling SH Roman
http://myfonts.us/td-5YmK71 The logo is a match -- with some minor tinkering consisting mainly of sharpening the bottom tip of _N_ and the tips of serifs -- to Revive 8 by Arts & Letters Corporation 1995. Was sold by Broderbund (included in ClickArt Fonts v5-2009)

This 1942 movie title was handlettered, and not based on any particular font.
For a substitute I suggest Desire Pro -- NOT THE FONT -- which includes an _A_ with a somewhat similar tilde shaped crosstroke

A free version is available here at Dafont as Killigrew
