Probably not a font, but look for Condensed Slab Serif for something similar.

It's a typewriter font

The first one, based on an "Olympia Traveller de luxe" typewriter, is remarkably similar.
The biggest diference is the top of the 3, flat in TT, round in your sample.

Or Europa Grotesk Demi Bold, or Nimbus Sans Novus Heavy. They look the same.
It's always a good idea to look for variations by the same author. This is the one.
Very similar. Spot on but for the wider D, in fact.
