You've got the right idea. It's just the original variant of Bebas.

It's definitely Helvetica, but the Neue version. It's also looks more like Heavy, not Bold.

I'm thinking it's just Impact that was stretched out.

It looks like FF Din, but you could also use Bahnschrift, a DIN derivative that is prepackaged with most Microsoft applications.

I know this is from 2012, but I also was looking for the same font and found it. It's ITC Avant Garde Gothic Bold.

It's Youtube's proprietary font called Youtube Sans (very creative name) but I can't seem to find anywhere to download it. Sorry!

I don't think there is an outline version available, you might need to just recreate it in photoshop.

For the "ELEVATION RHYTHM AVAILABLE NOW" I would suggest Alte Haas Grotesk as the free alternative to Helvetica Bold. And Alte Haas Grotesk has that imperfect print style like the picture above.
