The closest I see is Eraser Dust.

There is a font floating around called LHF Basher - but it is NOT the REAL Basher from Letterhead fonts - and therefore, not around much these days but that is what your sample was made from - using lower case. The A in Pablo came from this.

The V was a typositor alternate.
